Process

1. Define the fact to be certified — Consult with client and foreign counsel to scope the certification
2. Plan the inspection / event — Set date, location, witnesses, recording equipment (photo / 4K video)
3. Notary attends in person — Records the fact with photographs, video, and a written narrative
4. Issue the Notarial Certificate of Facts — Notary signs, seals, and attaches all evidence as exhibits
