How long does a Thai court case take?

There is no reliable general figure — duration depends on the court, the complexity of the evidence, the number of witnesses and the cause list. Any specific timeline should come from the Thai-licensed counsel handling the matter, based on the actual court.
What clients can control is preparation: complete documentary evidence, translations certified in the form the court accepts, and witnesses whose availability is confirmed against the hearing dates.
Where a foreign witness has to travel, the visa timeline should be started as soon as a hearing date exists, since a witness who cannot enter the country in time causes an adjournment.
